# 2.4.2.1 Chi tiết kho hàng thổ cư

Đăng nhập bằng tài khoản: **Giám đốc, trưởng phòng, nhân viên** ( *có quyền đăng, duyệt dự án*) màn hình sẽ hiển thị như sau

**Tạo 1 dự án thổ cư:**

Bước 1: Trên thanh menu click “Kho hàng thổ cư”  Tại màn hình click “Thêm mới”

màn hình sẽ hiển thị như sau:

Bước 2: Nhập thông tin

\-   Ảnh BĐS/ ảnh sổ đỏ: bắt buộc, 20 ảnh/1 lần upload,Tên file không chứa ký tự @, Chỉ upload các file ảnh có đuổi: JPG, JEPG,PNG

\-   Tên bđs/loại bđs: bắt buộc

\-   Tỉnh thành/ Quận huyện/ xã phường: bắt buộc ( chọn tỉnh thành -> quận huyện -> phường xã)

\-   Diện tích: ví dụ : tổng diện tích là 100

\-   Mặt tiền: 5 hoặc 7.6

\-   Chiều dài/Ngõ vào: bắt buộc

\-   Giá chào hợp đồng: đơn vị là triệu/tỷ. Ví dụ: 1 tỷ 3 = 1.3 hoặc 800 triệu = 8

\-   Giá chốt: đơn vị là triệu/tỷ. Ví dụ: 1 tỷ 350 = 1.35 hoặc 800 triệu = 8

\-   Hướng nhà/ chủ đầu tư/ Nội dung: không bắt buộc:

Bước 3: click  “Hoàn thành” màn hình sẽ hiển thị thông báo :

dự án đã được lưu lại trên với trạng thái “ chờ duyệt”

Bước 1: Click ảnh đại diện dự án để xem chi tiết dự án :
